The group meets monthly to communicate and cooperate about their listings, which are primarily luxury homes. Since its formation in 1993, Stewart Title of Albuquerque, L.L.C., has been associated with the group and nurtured it to achieve the high status in the real estate community it holds today.

Members meet monthly to tour a select number of homes in a predetermined area. A catered lunch is served at one of the featured homes, allowing REALTORS® to promote their listings in a casual setting and freely exchange ideas and marketing strategies.
