About The Elite 25

Born from a simple idea generated by an extremely tight housing market, The Elite 25© is a powerful network of 25 to 50 highly productive REALTORS®. The group meets monthly to communicate and cooperate about their listings, which are primarily in the upper end of the market. Since its formation in 1993, Stewart Title of Albuquerque, L.L.C., has been associated with the group and nurtured it to achieve the high status in the real estate community it holds today.

The select group of REALTORS® who comprise The Elite 25© must agree to abide by the group's organizational rules, pay dues on a quarterly basis for promotional purposes, and attend monthly tours and luncheon meetings. There is also a required production component to belong: a REALTOR® must have sold four or more homes priced over $550,000 in the past year.

Members meet monthly to tour a select number of homes in a predetermined area. A catered lunch is served at one of the featured homes; allowing REALTORS® to promote their listings in a casual setting and freely exchange ideas and marketing strategies.

Besides marketing their listings, education is another important facet of the group. Local officials are called upon to present updates on critical issues at the monthly meetings. Topics range from the school system to legal cases affecting real estate to new city, state or federal laws.

Today, The Elite 25© represents one of the most dynamic, productive and highly successful marketing concepts ever to take hold in the greater Albuquerque area. Regardless of market conditions, The Elite 25© works to move and sell properties. The Elite 25© is looking forward to working with other Elite 25's© within the United States. This will aid in providing referrals to all The Elite 25© members throughout the United States.
